What is the difference between sparring and traditional coaching?


How long does a sparring process take?

It depends on the topic. Some managers book a one-on-one meeting to reflect on their decision. Others use ongoing sparring over several months. I'm flexible – and always honest about when less is more.

What exactly do you mean by strategy and transformation?

In many companies, the topic of strategy is still abstract and not embedded throughout the organization. I go a step further. Strategy work is part of the transformation, not separate from it. I accompany you from the initial analysis to its full integration into operational business.

Are you also involved in “change management”?


What if the organization is “not ready”?

I hear that often. In my view, that's exactly where we can start. Cultural development doesn't mean sweeping everyone along—it means creating space for new perspectives. Change often starts small—but it's strategically placed.
